The Inclusivity Project

The Inclusivity Project seeks to address opportunities and challenges faced by small and medium sized enterprises in relation to inclusive employment. The project aims to understand the small business perspective on hiring and retaining older workers, people with a disability, or a long term health condition. The Inclusivity Project will support businesses to understand the issues and develop digitally-supported products, processes and services to address market gaps. With research led by the University of Exeter, the project will also develop evidence for ways to bring about more inclusive employment, that could influence policy. In addition, it will provide businesses with access to expertise partner organisations to facilitate improved ways of working.
