CETO Wave Energy

This project centres on cooperation activities between a wave energy technology developer and local research institutions undertaking knowledge sharing and shared development activities to build expertise in the wave energy sector in the UK and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.  There is significant potential for knowledge transfer with local academic institutions and suppliers, CWE UK will work with the local universities (Plymouth and Exeter) and suppliers to undertake cooperative research activities around industrialised foundation design, efficient installation techniques, load management, performance optimisation and strategies to improve system reliability and survival.
