SHINE (Skills Help for Individuals and New Enterprises)

SHINE takes a learner-centred approach to delivering learning that addresses skills shortages and growth opportunities in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Learners are supported to identify training that will enhance their immediate prospects alongside longer-term recommendations for sustained upskilling. Led by Truro and Penwith College, the project also supports curriculum development work.
