Projects
Skills Your Way offers young people who are disengaged (or at risk of disengaging) from education, employment and training access to support appropriate to their individual needs, including independent information, advice and guidance and skills assessment. They are also offered support to tackle barriers, access skills programmes and coaching to move into and remain in sustainable education, employment or training, or to re-engage in education and training.
To address the issues that are preventing young people from engaging effectively in education, employment and training the project offers young person-centred support through Youth Information and Advice Centres and targeted programmes of support for those with social, emotional and mental health needs as well as those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
